What is a memorial card?
A memorial card is a printed card that commemorates the life of a deceased person. It usually contains a photo of the person, their name, date of birth and death and a short message, prayer or verse. Memorial cards are usually laminated in full colour and sent to family and friends as a way of expressing sympathy and honoring the memory of the deceased.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order once it has not been printed. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours by sending an email to info@mcprinters.ie or calling us at 068-27492. If we have carried out no design work, we will offer a full refund. However, we do not refund orders once the proofs have been sent to the customer. If you wish to cancel your order please advise us as soon as possible. If your order has been partially or fully printed the order will be charged at full price.
Can I collect my memorial cards in person?
You have the option of collecting your order from our premises in Ballybunion if you wish. Just choose Local Pickup at check out. We will let you know when your order is ready for collection.
Can I order extra cards at a later date?
We generally keep copies of designs for two years from the date of first order. If you require additional copies of your memorial stationery, just let us know how many.
Do you make custom sized memorial cards?
If you have an idea for a custom sized card or design, we are happy to discuss this with you. Contact us or send an email with your card size or requirements.
Is it possible to create a memorial card with my own background image?
Yes, we are more than happy to use your own background image for any of our bookmarks or cards. In fact, we can also use your own text, prayers or verses.
What size is your memorial card?
Our Memorial Card measures 105mm x 70mm when closed or 140mm x 115mm when open.
Our Bookmark measures 60mm x 150mm
Our Fold Acknowledgement Card measures 170mm x 100mm
Our Single Acknowledgement Card measures 135mm x 85mm
Our Wallet Card measures 60mm x 90mm
What type of payments do you accept for online orders?
In our online shop, payment can be made using a Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal. We are also happy to take card payments over the phone. Although it will delay your order, we can take a cheque or bank transfer as payment.
When do I see the card proof?
Usually, we will send you an email with the card proof design for your approval within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Will you return my photos?
If you would like to have your original photos or images returned, we will be happy to do so.
