Shipping
We are happy ship to all countries around the world. To keep delivery costs as low as possible and get your memorial products to you as quickly as possible, we use An Post and/or other selected couriers. We strive to have all orders dispatched within 5 working days from when you approve the cards for print. It is advisable to have the proof agreed by 12 noon for dispatch that day. If your order is urgent or you need your cards sooner, for example, for a funeral or for an anniversary, you can select our express service – after you approve the proof at an additional charge.
Postage and Packing: Republic of Ireland – €10.00
Postage and Packing: Overseas – €20.00
Any orders placed at weekends or bank or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please make sure that the delivery address (with an Eircode or postal code if possible) is correct when ordering.
When your order has been dispatched, you can expect delivery times as follows:
Ireland (Standard) : 3-5 working days
UK (Standard): 6 working days
EU (Standard): 4-7 working days
USA and Canada (Airmail): 6-10 working days
Rest of the World (Airmail): 8-12 working days
However, please note that Covid-19 restrictions could affect these delivery times.
Returns
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours by sending an email to info@mcprinters.ie or calling us at 068-27492. If we have carried out no design work, we will offer a full refund. However, we do not refund orders once the proofs have been sent to the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct in all areas. Please be sure to double-check dates, grammar, spelling, layout and design before approving the artwork proof. If a proof contains errors and is approved by the customer, then the customer is responsible for payment of all original costs of printing.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a high resolution photograph, we recommend 600 dpi or above. No refunds will be offered if the photographs provided by the customer are of low resolution and result in poor print quality. If your memorial cards are incorrect due to errors on our part, a free reprint will be offered.
